Over a week ago I used the Safale K-97 yeast for my Hefeweizen. Has anyone used the Safale K-97 yeast, and what did you think of it. A good friend of mine that brews all grain recommended it in place of a liquid wheat yeast. I’ll get my liquid wheat yeast next month. The Safale K-97 yeast has been going just fine. Just curios about Safale K-97 yeast. Paul

I haven't but i'm interested to hear what others will say. We brew using white labs liquid yeast.
