You can buy barrels as small as 1 liter. Spigot and bung included. I might have to pick one up!

I probably will. Also, I thought of another idea! If you wanted to make a sour beer (like a lambic or in the style of Rodenbach Grand Cru... or anything like Russian River) you could age for a while in these and get the real effect.

If you want the whiskey/bourbon/what have you flavor, though, you have to age your own spirits first. Tequila IPA?
