A Smutty Nose Brewer will be at the dinner to guide guests through the beer and food pairings and to answer any questions:

Appetizer: prosciutto, asparagus and goat cheese wrapped in phyllo, micro green salad

Salad: Baby spinach with balsamic vinaigrette. Garnished with fig and red onion compote

Entree: Scotch Ale braised beef short ribs, Dry roasted barley pilaf

Dessert: Warm Apple crisp

Important: All beer dinner guests must check in with the host by 6:45pm on Th 1/31 and be seated no later than 7pm.
