From the CBC website:

All beer and food will be offered a la carte (regular menu style)
Our regular dinner menu will also be available.

This is not a ticketed event. There is no cover.

Some of the beers will inevitably kick during the night.
Others will hang around through the weekend.
Come early, stay late...

Go here and sign up to get all the details...

You'll have a chance to give us your two cents about what beers we should serve, see the full menus for the event (as they come together) and find out why we're are so excited about this years party!!!

Ummmm... Yeah, I'll be here for this. No doubt at all. This will be one nothing less than amazing!

Update on the food specials menu from the Cambridge Brewing Company newsletter. Sound delicious!

It’s me again,
I’ve got the Dinner Menu for you. I was gonna just pick
a few of my personal favorites, but they all look so good
so I’ll give you the whole menu. Chef Brian and I haven’t
had a chance to put together the final menu “suitable for
CBC guest viewing”. This is Brian’s outline of the specials
menu. But it’s all there…

1. Edgar’s Cajun fried oysters w/fries and slaw and sauce
remoulade

2. ½ pound Brandt farms burger

3. Erlandio’s house-made Bruschetta

4. Grilled calamari with buttery cannellini beans and mesclun
greens and a roasted red pepper & chive vinaigrette

5. Tilapia Reuben served on seasoned bulkie roll

6. Fabio’s naturally raised beef lasagna (with corn, baby)

7. Yellowfin tuna burger served with arugula, focaccia bread,
saffron aioli and choice of side

8. Smoked mozzarella Caprese

9. Baked goat cheese, roasted garlic and pine nuts served with
beer bread crackers, mixed greens and balsamic syrup

10. Spicy bay scallop & shrimp Ceviche

11. San Diego style fish tacos—steamed tortilla, pico de gallo,
slaw and lime-cilantro aioli

12. Buffalo style steamed mussels accompanied by grilled bread
with gorgonzola crème

13. Rare seared Kajiki with baby bok choy, Kim Chee, soba
noodles and tamari-ginger vinaigrette

14. Coriander crusted Beef and veggie kebab with garlic mashed
potato, asparagus and Cascade hopped pale ale syrup

15. Smoked pork tenderloin with beluga lentil, fennel and chorizo
hash, roast broccoli and amber-ground mustard sauce

16. Chipotle porter baby back ribs with roasted corn on the cob
and cole slaw

17. Tasmanian salmon Nicoise

18. Grilled Cornish game hen with grilled potato, wild mushroom,
spinach ragout and sundried tomato-porter coulis

19. Daisuke doggies with mixed greens and sweet wasabi dipping sauce

No word on the beer yet. You’ll know when I know.

Cheers,
Chris

And the beer menu is HERE!

To be honest, I'm kind of sad to not see YouEnjoyMyStout on there. However, I love their sour ale, the scotch ale, the heather ale, Red God (wondering how the 2006 will be, as it's an IPA), and I LOVE the LuvBuzz!

There are a few on tap for Friday that may or may not kick that night.
If they kick we’ve got a different brew ready to go, so technically we
will have 24 beers These are the ones with a ‘*’ next to them

Anyway…Here it is.
