nice, I def want to make it down to philly soon though it'll prob be later this year. We'll def be down in December (yeah VERY far) for the Slyfox IPA fest

Making arrangements now to attend. Anyone care to recommend the closest hotel? So far I'm about 6mi. Trying to find something possibly within walking distance maybe a mile or two.

Oh that's cool. I'm about 2.5 Hrs away. I got my ticket yesterday. I talked to a lady and she e-mailed me a list of hotels near by. I got a room at the Fairfield for the night. It's only ~6miles away.

I'm doing session two from 6pm-10pm then afterwards I am checking out Nodding Head Brew Pub and then walking over to Independence Brew Pub then cabbin it back to the hotel. I can't wait. Taking lots of pics.

1 more day, i cant wait, got my tix for the first session cause we are going to a concert at the electric factory later that day

just got back, some favs that i actually remerber were, climax brewings ipa, from roselle park new jersey, where i spent the first 4 years of my life, erie brewing railbender was really good, and i remember one called hoptical illusion, overoall great time great beers very few i disliked

Hoptical Illusion is by Bluepoint out of upstate NY. That is one of my favorite IPA's. I've plowed through quite a few of those vibrantly colored bottles.

It was a blast. Had quite a few people ask me about my "shirt". I told them all about it and handed out my stickers, so hopefully word of mouth works and we'll be seeing a bit more traffic here. That is if they remembered it the next morning...haha.

Hey ya'll, glad to hear it was a solid event! Wish I could've been there. I've never heard of Climax or Erie Brewing Co.'s... I'll have to look into it. Hoptical Illusion is quite good, though.

And Mr. Hammond, thanks for sporting the sticker and talking up the site! It's stuff like that that REALLY helps us... and in turns, helps us all to better help the whole craft beer scene.

I've had the the Railbender Ale and Presque Isle Pilsner from Erie. Both I found were really good. Haven't found the Mad Anthony's Ale yet or any of their seasonals.

I had never heard of Climax either, or a few others there as well. They have a pretty solid lineup.
