This section came about as a result of many of you and others asking for beer suggestions from us. We don't expect everyone to go out and spend $10+ a 6 pack only to find they don't like a beer.

The solution? We try TONS of beer, you let us know what you like already and we'll make recommendations based on what you like. Just reading a beer review doesn't always get you what you're looking for.

So how does it work? Tell us what you like already. What do you order at the bar now? Why do you order it? Giving this information will allow, us, and other members to give you input on what to spend your hard earned dollars on.

I would totally recommend ANYTHING from Brewery Unibroue. You can pick up a bomber for $6 or a 4 pack for between $8-10. The only beer they make that I've had that I dont really dig is the Don De Dieu (although everywhere I've looked, it's gotten great reviews, just doesn't do anything for me personally). Everything else is amazing, the Maudite, Trois Pistoles, La Fin Du Monde, Ephemere, Terrible....all awesome. If you like Belgians and dont feel like paying through the nose, this is def. the brewery for you. It's worth the money and more! Check it out if you haven't already.

yup, I just had my last La Fin Du Monde last night out of my official La Fin Du Monde glass, that I got at Marty's in W.Newton for only $2! If you like Duvel, check out LFDM for 5 bucks cheaper! Some might argue its better!

I'm know this is nothing new to anyone on here... but with my very limited beer experience, I would have to suggest Killian's Irish Red.

I fully agree buying a beer for expermental reasons is never the way to go. However, the boys in Newport, Or have never done me wrong, Grab a dead guy, or mocha porter from Rogue, no disappointments here.

Their Old Crustacean Barleywine is great, as is their Imperial Stout. Also the I2PA... Shakespeare Stout... Mmmm... They have a lot of tasty beer in their portfolio.

Check my post on your BBQ beer, those are good. Also, look at Victory Whirlwind Wit. I think you'll like it. Its on the lighter side of witbiers and I think you'll like it. I know i'm recommending a lot of stuff by victory, but its local to you and its good.
As I said in your BBQ post, also check out the new slyfox hefeweizen. I haven't tried it, but everything else they make rocks, and girls and guys almost always like a good hefeweizen.
Hmmm what else... oh! Stoudt's Hefewiezen is awesome. Recently brought that to a friends place. I only got 2 bottles out of the 6 pack, 4 girls at the place drank the rest, i let them try it and they all abandoned their beers in favor of the stoudts.
