I'm sure most of you have had this offering by now but I just wanted to make this recommendation to those who haven't, imho the best Belgian Style Ale to come from an American Brewery I've ever tasted to date. Great job Brooklyn Brewery on another solid offering!

My Review:
This offering from Brooklyn Brewery pours a cloudy pale brown color with a soft white head that leaves quickly. The aroma is lemon, pepper, doughy, with a great spicey back drop. The taste is dry, highly carbonated, with a wheat, grassy, feel that is very light on the palate. The alcohal and finish in this beer is so smooth I could drink this all day. Wow what a great offering from Brooklyn one of the best American Belgian style ales I've had!

You know I need to buy this again, I picked up a bottle shortly after it came out and ti was quite tasty. It's saison-ish and quite tasty, I wish i remembered more about it, I think my prob with it may have been that I liked some other Saisons a bit better.

My favorite from Brooklyn Brewery by far, I've got a case in my closet. I was a bit dissappointed they didn't bring it out at the Empire Beerfest but so be it. I usually stop by the brewery for their Friday tasting session and try to pick up a few bottles if I'm going straight home.

quite tasty and has actually help up well. i thought it would be a bit drier as it aged, but it's still very quaffable.

My exact thoughts. I shared a bottle of this with three co workers and wow. We were all in agreement.

This is by far Brooklyn's best beer. Everything they make is decent but this is their best.
