From Aaron Mateychuk, Watch City's head brewer:
Dear Watch City Fans,
I never have time to go on this site anymore but I figured I owed an Update:
First, It's been real busy over at the Watch and I have been maxing out 14 barrel batches every brew now and still trying to catch up! I have been getting some occasional help from Barleycorn's Daryle Grof who knows his shit and has been a tremendous help...thanks Daryle!
The bottle Conditioned beers will be back in late winter...also it's kinda nice not doing any festivals lately, I have been enjoying it tremendously! I would really like to never do them again but fans have been bugging me so maybe in the New Year...
Here is the Latest News @ the Watch:

For the Fall going into Winter... The "Pie-Eyed Pumpkin Ale" (5.4%) will be available later this year due to popular demand. The demand grows every year and people really enjoy it as a seasonal for the holidays up until the Xmas season. This year it will coincide with the other seasonal favorite... "Father-Times Winter Ale" (5.9%) which is spiced slightly different for the last 10 years...When I'm sitting around enjoying unwrapping presents and watching the Patriots drub yet another opponent I drink our "Skye High Scotch Strong Ale" (8.8%) with malt chocolate and smokey undertones. This will ready around Xmas along with the most popular Imperial IPA - " 'FNA-IPA" (9.4%) and I will be brewing batches back to back for all to enjoy for a longer period of time. "KingPin Imperial Stout (9.2%) is long overdue like when I usually bowl a 300 game! Ok, We'll bring you back to reality with the Nutcracker theme and a surprisingly favorite among the ladies, "BustaNut Brown Ale (5.1%) oww... I wonder why? And to get January rolling in nicely a new Belgian Mid-Level Strong Ale named after the ever popular '80's Band - ".38 Special" (7.4%) and will be made with a secret spice... With all the favorites taking up the brewing space, It was about time I created a new beer to fit in there... ps... the stronger styles will be bottle conditioned available late winter...
see ya at the Watch...
