Not 100% sure if this is in the right forum, but here goes.
I have been in the Liquor Industry for the last decade in wines and craft ales, but it has always been under someone else's roof, I am finally ready to open my own store, however, the thing I am not versed at is opening my own store. Ha. I am not looking for anything HUGE, yet I do want enough room for 3 large reachin coolers and one walkin(could be a walkin with reachin doors on front). and then shelving for the rest of the beer I am not keeping cold. I want to do 1/6 kegs, with the ability to order 1/2's.
What I am looking for is dimensions i shold be looking at as far as squarefootage is concerned, I don't want a warehouse but I also do not want a closet. What would be a solid "starter store"? Any of ya'll that have a store I would appreciate the help. i have always worked in larger stores, even though we have kept the focus on highend wines, liquors and beer. Thanks in advance for any and all advice.
