Do You Ever Drink Macro Beer? Or Only Craft Beer? Poll
With summer coming up the temperature is getting hotter, the grills are getting turned on and people are spending more time outside. On top of that there's yard work to be done, days at the beach, camping and all sorts of fun.
So, with all that said, do you stick strictly to craft beer, or do you ever deviate? Do you ever find yourself reaching for a ice cold macro beer on a blistering day out in a friend's yard? Or maybe after mowing the lawn? Perhaps even just you're at a friend's house and that's all they have.
So our question is do you ever drink macro beer? We'll admit it...while we're HUGE craft beer drinkers and have spent years educating and pushing for more people to drink craft beer, even we've been known to crack open an ice cold industrial lager now and again. And we won't turn one down at a friend's place if that's all they have. We're craft beer lovers, not beer snobs after all! So what are your thoughts? Vote below, then let us know what you picked and why on Twitter, on Facebook or in the comments at the end. Cheers!
Add a commentDo You Choose Restaurants Based On Craft Beer Selection? Poll
As craft beer grows, we're seeing a wider penetration of craft brands into restaurants we'd never expect. At the same time, though, there are still many hold-outs where all you can get is an ice cold light beer.
With all the choices now out there, we want to know do you let a restaurant's tap or bottle selection persuade you on where to dine? Will you forgo a place with good food if it's beer selection isn't up to par? Or do you chow down wherever and beer is just a happy bonus? Vote below, then let us know what you picked and why on Twitter, on Facebook or in the comments at the end. Cheers!

Add a commentCanned vs Bottled Beer: Can You Taste A Difference? Weekly Poll
We have some theories on this ourselves, but we'll leave that out for today. We're working on an article around this exact topic so we'd like your feedback. Can you taste a difference between canned and bottled beer? Now, we don't mean can you taste a difference between a bud light and a Sierra Nevada Torpedo, but for beer that comes in both cans and bottles, Brooklyn Lager for example, can you taste a difference? If so which tastes better to you?

Add a commentDrinkCraftBeer 5th Anniversary Beer Poll - Choose Our Hops
As we mentioned last week we're coming up on our 5th anniversary here at DCB. As a way to celebrate we decided to crowd source a homebrew to celebrate this milestone. Last week we asked you all what style we should brew. Early yesterday Black IPA and Saison were neck and neck, but a late surge for Black IPA made it the winner. So black IPA it is...but we still need your help!
This week we want you to help us choose our hops, the 3 with the most votes will make it into the final recipe. Check out the poll below and make your voice heard. This is truly going to be a beer representative of DrinkCraftBeer and all the people who read the site and communicate with us on Twitter and Facebook! Vote below, then let us know what you picked on Twitter, on Facebook or in the comments below. At the end of it all we'll post the recipe so you can all make the beer too. Cheers!
